  1. 3 tbsp coconut Flour
  2. 1 tbsp butter
  3. 1 egg, beaten
  4. ½ teaspoon baking powder
  5. ½ cup Toasted Hazelnut Super Creamer 
  6. 1 tbsp Swerve, or preferred sugar replacement 
  7. 2 tbsp whipped cream 
  8. 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts 


  1. Combine coconut flour, butter, egg, baking powder, Toasted Hazelnut Super Creamer, and Swerve.
  2. Scoop into a microwave safe mug and cook for approximately 2 minutes. 
  3. Top with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy!
