So, we created a low sugar version of the classic peppermint bark recipe, featuring our White Chocolate Peppermint Super Creamer, for whenever you want a healthy treat that still satisfies that indulgent holiday craving! This recipe is low sugar and keto friendly.

Description

This crowd pleaser coffee cake is the perfect healthy indulgence for your Thanksgiving weekend breakfast spread. Makes 5 servings.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups no sugar added white chocolate chips
  2. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  3. ¼ cup White Chocolate Peppermint Super Creamer
  4. ¼ cup sugar-free crushed peppermints

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until smooth.
  2. Stir in coconut oil and White Chocolate Peppermint Super Creamer
  3. Pour mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Top with crushed peppermints. 
  4. Place in the fridge to cool and harden for 1-3 hours. 
  5. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
