Description
A decadently chocolatey pepperminty cake that's actually healthy? Seriously - this deliciously healthy cake creation from Chef Dan Churchill is a dream come true. Makes 12 servings.
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cornstarch, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add Super Coffee, olive oil, maple syrup, and egg. Mix.
Transfer to a baking mold and cook for 35 minutes at 350F.
For the ganache, mix the cacao powder, maple syrup, and Super Coffee in a bowl. Pour on top of the cooled cake.
